Is it common to see people do a sa stint prior to moving on to a masters program? A friend just got into the lse's fin and econ program, and I'm curious to see if he's eligible for an internship. Sweet, thanks.

I'm applying for an SA position at a boutique bank in London. I'm going to a US university right now so I was wondering what changes I would have to make to my resume. Would I have to make small changes like convert my GPA to the UK equivalent, or would they be much larger? Thank you for your help.

Now that GS and MS have become "Bank Holding Companies," how will this affect SA applicants specifically applying for S&T?

I recently discovered WSO. It has been by far the best source I have found for learning about the world of finance. I'm currently a junior transfer at the University of Tampa. I have a 3.7 GPA, and I've made it a point to enter many activities and leadership opportunities.

I'm thinking of applying for various SA programs this fall, specifically MS GS..etc. How are my chances affected by the current financial fiasco?
