B-School: International Placement
For those of you currently in B-School, what approach do students looking to move internationally employ to find top jobs? I often hear about the strength of alumni networks, but these often do not extend beyond country lines. Do international employers frequent the likes of career fairs at HBS, Wharton, and Stanford and is career services helpful in connecting students with international opportunities? Thanks for the help all.

Calling all Internationals!
So recruiting season has begun in my school (I attend a target) and it seems that most, if not all the banking internships available are only restricted to US citizens/residents.
It appears as though the only options for any international is to work for big players who explicitly state that they sponsor internationals.
This is quite disappointing for many reasons...
I'd like to hear the viewpoints of the internationals on here who have navigated the process. Are there any who work in boutiques? Should I still send them my Resume/CL?
How can I broaden my scope, apart from the BB? I don't want to work for the satellite offices as I've already done so, and would prefer to gain working experience here. Thanks guys!
Government Plans $85 bn Bailout of AIG
The U.S government moved toward an emergency rescue of American International Group Inc. -- one of the world's biggest insurers -- signaling the intensity of its concerns about the danger a collapse could pose to the financial system. Damn.

Guess that with this kind of market, international students definitely get hammered pretty badly since most of the firms want to cut back on their visa sponsoring thing, please let me know what is your experience is like especially those who are working right now and viewing our resume and applications.
