Top financial technology firm, which provides analytics and risk management software to the buy side, is seeking a senior sales representative to expand their client coverage. Candidate will be expected to lead sales efforts across existing clients as well as bring new clients to the company. The firm is seeking both director level and well as more junior level sales personnel. The senior position would have management responsibilities.

To satisfy the needs of our growing client base, Hamilton Lane is seeking a Senior Researcher to join our firms Research Department in Philadelphia. This candidate would have the ability to productize and verbalize findings and results. Strong working knowledge of quantitative metrics, valuation methodologies and performance analysis is required.

Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct private equity industry research to better inform investment decisions, published reports, and client requests

Support investment committee in developing and refining macroeconomic outlook

Develop proprietary techniques to augment client portfolio construction and commitment pacing

Manage and mentor junior research analysts

Maintain internal and external data resources

Instruct investment and client-facing personnel in the use of research tools and resources
Necessary Qualifications:
Bachelors degree plus five or more years of experience in structured finance, capital markets, investment banking, asset management, management consulting, hedge funds or private equity

Experience modeling advanced corporate finance or structured finance transactions

Hamilton Lane is looking to hire a Senior Associate in its Secondary Group to work directly with its Philadelphia team. The Senior Associate will be responsible for evaluating secondary investments in private equity funds and companies.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead secondary transactions, perform pricing analyses and prepare investment memoranda for the Firm’s Investment Committee
• Analyze and value underlying assets for secondary opportunities using LBO and cash flow models, constructing company comparables and multiple scenario outcomes
• Perform due diligence calls with general partners
• Source secondary opportunities from general partners and limited partners
• Cover/manage secondary intermediary relationships
• Monitor existing investments in the firms secondary portfolios, including attendance at annual meetings

Essential Job Functions:
• A minimum of 8+ years experience in an investment role, with a minimum of 3 years private equity/secondary related investment experience
• Outstanding academic record

This position will be working on the collateral management team at PIMCO. The primary focus will initially be on building position reconciliation tools and other ad-hoc analytics as well as helping the team verify positions. VBA programming experience/development experience is required.

Counterparty risk is an area of intense focus and new ideas at PIMCO, of which the associate will be an integral part. This function will require daily verbal and written interaction with Portfolio Managers and Associates, Legal & Compliance, and Broker/Dealer counterparties.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Gathering data on counterparty risk and its underlying components from internal systems as well as Broker/Dealer counterparties.
• Identifying key points of contention, and resolving them with little supervision.
• A strong understanding of Derivative and Fixed Income products is a recommended. Successful associates in this role may see expanded responsibilities within a rapidly expanding group at PIMCO.
• Resolve trade breaks, pricing break issues and identify points of collapse while ensuring margin requirements and trade confirmations.

The role of this position is to assess and forecast global macro economic indicators and financial market trends in support of the asset management group.
