Financial Technology Sales Director

Top financial technology firm, which provides analytics and risk management software to the buy side, is seeking a senior sales representative to expand their client coverage. Candidate will be expected to lead sales efforts across existing clients as well as bring new clients to the company. The firm is seeking both director level and well as more junior level sales personnel. The senior position would have management responsibilities.

Candidates should have a proven track record of sales with in the financial technology sector and be able to bring a rolodex of new clients. Experience working with technical staff to develop new software solutions is a big plus. Compensation will include a strong base with potential bonus guarantee along with an attractive commission structure.

Senior Associate - Secondary Team (Philadelphia)

Hamilton Lane is looking to hire a Senior Associate in its Secondary Group to work directly with its Philadelphia team. The Senior Associate will be responsible for evaluating secondary investments in private equity funds and companies.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead secondary transactions, perform pricing analyses and prepare investment memoranda for the Firm’s Investment Committee
• Analyze and value underlying assets for secondary opportunities using LBO and cash flow models, constructing company comparables and multiple scenario outcomes

Collateral Trade Associate - VBA Development

This position will be working on the collateral management team at PIMCO. The primary focus will initially be on building position reconciliation tools and other ad-hoc analytics as well as helping the team verify positions. VBA programming experience/development experience is required.

Counterparty risk is an area of intense focus and new ideas at PIMCO, of which the associate will be an integral part. This function will require daily verbal and written interaction with Portfolio Managers and Associates, Legal & Compliance, and Broker/Dealer counterparties.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Gathering data on counterparty risk and its underlying components from internal systems as well as Broker/Dealer counterparties.
• Identifying key points of contention, and resolving them with little supervision.
• A strong understanding of Derivative and Fixed Income products is a recommended. Successful associates in this role may see expanded responsibilities within a rapidly expanding group at PIMCO.
• Resolve trade breaks, pricing break issues and identify points of collapse while ensuring margin requirements and trade confirmations.
