Future of I-Banking: Culture and Pay
Since it seems like supersized paydays are a thing of the past, will i-banking continue to entail the grueling hours and tough environment? As I understand it, the reason bankers worked so hard was for the trade off of millions of dollars; now that the money is gone, will employers be able to demand so much? Will so many young people go into banking? Obviously there is no way to know for sure, but what do you see for the future?
Goldman Sachs "Banking on your Future" 12/1 Event
Hello,
Anyone apply to the GS event on 12/1 "Banking on your Future" in NYC? It's an all day Diversity event for non-targets.

How will this change things?
There's been talk about how once the dust settles, big changes will be in store for how the remaing banks will operate in the future. Just what sort of changes are could we be facing as an industry? Are large bonuses a thing of the past? Will new risk management measures reduce the amount of trading and asset classes banks will be involved in? Any thoughts?
