Description: Boutique investment bank is seeking several entry-level associates interested in equity research covering micro to large-cap equities. The ideal candidate has strong excel skills, is an active learner with a distinct interest in the stock market, a respectable finance and economics base of knowledge, and the willingness to put in reasonable hours to establish yourself in the industry. Associates will work directly with senior analysts and institutional sales professionals making investment recommendations. Energy background a plus, but not a requirement.

Our client, is an investment bank looking to hire an Equity Research Associate for Biotechnology.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough proactive and reactive research, including report writing, financial modeling and industry analysis.

- Recommend buy/neutral/sell ratings, target prices and valuation techniques for companies and sub-sector.

- Conduct due diligence meetings and developed relationships with senior executives of the companies under coverage.

-Assist sales force and investment banking on understanding companies under coverage.

-Articulate investment thesis and responded to inquires from Institutional clients and the sales force.

Requirements/ Must- Have Skills:
