Quick question
Types of People that enter HBS
Hi all,
Just wondering what type of backgrounds do you see people have when entering HBS. I am currently reading Ahead of the Curve, and most of the people seem crazy legit.
Just wondering if a person say from a Rutgers with a 3.3 Economics, and GMAT lets say 720 and some decent back/mid office work experience even has a shot...or should I look at other schools more along the lines of community colleges :)
Thanks in advance!
Agribusiness Management
Just a quick question of curiosity. Would a major in agribusiness management be worth anything in any sort of banking field? I'm currently on my way to a finance degree, but became intrigued with agribusiness management and began to wonder. I wouldn't expect so, but could be completely wrong,as what do I know at this stage in the game? Not much! Well, thanks!
Licenses/Degrees for Trading?
Hi all,
Just wondering if traders (flow traders, not like asset managers/portfolio managers) have licenses/degrees from bschool.
I dont see the need for an MBA, but how about CFA?
Of course other than the Series 7 and 63 obviously
thanks
Accenture question
So I'm going in for my third round for Accenture. It worked out last year that I made 1st/2nd round but they didnt offer me for a summer internship... "limited spots" but they will let me bypass the 1st/2nd round again for the third round. This is an in office one and I'm wondering if there is a case interview. Basically, I'm wondering how the structure will be... just fit questions.. how many interviews, etc, etc.
