RE

I was wondering how fellow (fall) interns are doing at the moment. I'm interning with a large bank in the real estate structured finance division, but things suck big time here. Despite the fact that the bank is still doing very well, there's hardly any new deals coming through because of the market circumstances. Which means that I'm doing nothing half of the time. I have already offered my services to other teams, but I'm only doing a couple of small assignments for them.

Are there any other bored interns counting the days out there? People in real estate banking who'd like to share their experiences?
