SWF

I'm a non-US citizen, and had several final interviews with BB firms.
but after a few faliures, i've gotten a job at a local IB in my country.
all of sudden, i got an offer from my country's sovereign wealth fund.
but it's investment strategy team, which means research dept.
should i accept the offer? my ultimate goal is still Banking/PE/HF
is SWF experience or name value worth it?
