Hi guys, i am a summer analyst at a middle market ib. Finnally, yesterday, my MD told me to sit in a conference call with his client on friday and he told me better prepared for it which i absolutely have no clues what kind of deal material (industry research) that i should prepare for...For those with experience in this, pleaseeee help me with some of your advice... really appreciate....!!!!!1

I am asked to compile a list of FIG public companies (excluding banks and depository companies) that have market caps less than 20mm and thinly traded...so that they can become good candidates for being taken private...any opions about how to construct the list would be sooo highly appreciated...(i am using capIq right now)Thankssss

Hey guys, does anyone in here know anything about RSM,I am planning to intern with them this summer in their headquarter office at Costa Mesa, CA. I know its a very small firm but they are ranked by Thomson MM, provided with this kind of shitty market, i would take anything that i could so that i can get some experience out of it and prepare for the fall recruiting process.
