What would you choose? (This message is a bit long)

I have two offers (tech related so some of you might not even be interested but with the market) now and still waiting for one where I have a high chance of getting.

1. Staff with Ernst and Young Technology & Security Risk Service. They said that first year staff would all be under their advisory group doing both business risk and tech risk.

The benefit is pretty well and its the best place to launch a career.
Salary is $62 + 4 bonus
Location - Time Square, NYC

It seem as there are a lot of exit opportunities working for Big Four but that means changes after changes. Also, to become a manager, one needs to pass either CPA or one of the pre-approved certification.

What has your interview been like? Does your interviewer give you clues that you are in or you are out?

1. Is it bad when they only asked you a few questions but talking a lot about their own career?

2. The interview also made suggestions such as I should look into more fields and more opportunities than just "IB" (I think this is a bad sign).

I know that there are multiple threads asking the same question.. but.. my case is slightly different.
Basically, I have a superday/final round with Citi IB BJ. They originally schedule me for NYC, but moved to London once I told them I was studying abroad.

Any online applications that actually get your somewhere?

I got an email from the recruiter for a superday (my second round after phone interviews) next friday in NYC. However, since I am studying abroad in London, I would need to get round trip plane tickets.
