Those with MS & GS Offers- Start Looking?

For those with MS & GS offers, FT or SA for 2009, should they start looking now?

I know there's a lot of talks about how these two firms are stronger, and if they collapse it's the end of America, etc etc... but a lot of confidence in these independent brokers are probably lost after the past weekend. So... those with offers from MS & GS.. is it a good idea to look for something else now?

I recently had a superday at a top BB. One of my interviewers wore suspenders AND tie with penguin prints, and I'm not talking about little animal prints that appear on some Hermes ties.. I'm talking about realistic/photo prints with about 2-inch penguins on them. He is a MD, btw.

I did some serious lip-biting and pretended the 50+ or so penguins on him did not exist. But seriously, was I suppose to comment? If you had an interviewer that wore this or something equally..interesting, what would you do?
