MBA Applications and Disability

I was curious whether having a disability that most would find could limit your ability to succeed in school/work (i.e. dyslexia, severe hearing loss, etc.) would help in applying to top b-schools. Say I was already a strong candidate, would admissions look at it in the sense of "Wow, this guy did all of this while having this challenge"? I'd appreciate any thoughtful insight. Thanks.

GMAT Math suggestions

Just took the GMAT. I did well on verbal but need to improve on math. Any suggestions/tips related to how to study for the math part specifically and which books might help?

Estimating Analyst Bonus

I was wondering if anyone has a decent technique for figuring out what your bonus might be as an analyst (% of group Revenue, IBD Revenue, etc.). Since an analyst might not know where you stand in comparison to your peers (top, avg, low performer), I'm looking for more of a range. I'll be working at a large MM bank in an industry group. Ideas would be appreciated.

Series 7 and 63

I'll have to pass the series 7 and 63 within 3 months of my employment. I just wanted to know a little about any experiences any analysts have had when it comes to studying for/passing the exam. Thanks.

Exit opportunities for majority of work being equity offerings

I'll be working at a bank where the VAST majority of my work will be equity offerings and 144a transactions. I was wondering what kind of exit opportunities analysts with that kind of experience have? PE is my ultimate goal, but I know they want to see M&A work. Thoughts?

Analyst Salary Appreciation

Simple question. With all of the talk of bonuses, I am merely curious if an IBD analyst's salary will ever increase over their 2-3 years with a bank? Obviously it's trivial compared to the bonus, but I've never heard anything mentioned about it. Thanks.
