Good IB podcasts?

Can anyone recommend a good IB podcast? I tried the one from WSJ but 90% of the times they talk about BS. Like yesterday they talked about organic grass treatment??? WtF?? I don't think Dealbook or FT Alphaville have one. Or am I wrong? I couldn't find one... I'm just looking for something that would give me a good overview of the markets with a little insight into M&A if possible...

Any ideas?

iPhone

So, the new iPhone is out, supporting Microsoft Exchange and everything else that the corporate IT depts requested. Steve Jobs said that 5 largest sucurities firms and 5 largest commercial banks participated in beta testing of the iPhone. Does that mean we'll see analysts carrying around iPhones instead of BB's soon or do you think that lack of keyboard will prevent this from happening?

Macquarie Groups

Anybody knows anything about Macquarie industry groups in NYC? Just got an email from HR asking to pick a group but there is no sell day or any other source of information provided, so I don't really know what to base my selection on.. I know infrastructure is probably the strongest group in MacCap but I don't know anything about the other groups..

Thanks a lot for any insights!

Income taxes in NY vs NJ

From an income-tax perspective, does it only matter where you work or does it also matter where you live. Woring in NYC/Manhattan, is NY or NJ a better option to live? I know I could just look up the income taxes, but there is also NYC city tax, which I assume doesn't apply in NJ. Everything else equal, are the taxes lower in NJ or NY?

Thanks
