So for all you guys out there, how's the search for new jobs/internships going?

Personally, I haven't been able to find anything in the Bay Area, all the middle markets and boutiques all pretty much finished up hiring processes.

Has anyone had any luck finding something in the past two weeks or so?

As the latest Bear SA casualty, it's now time to focus on regional boutiques and middle markets. These are pulled from the sticky above, any of them worth taking a look at? I know Jeffries and Thomas Weisel are probably near the top of this list, but anyone else that stands out?

Summer Analyst Salary and Negotiation?

Does anybody know what is the average compensation for a 10 week summer analyst program and is there any room to negotiate? If so, what can you base it on and how much can you expect to get?

I got an offer with Bear and it would be helpful to know the numbers across the board. Thanks!
