Has anybody here taken the CSC? I'm currently reading through the books and just wanted some general insight on the difficulty of the exams, how much studying is required to pass, and what sections to emphasize.

Applying to Multiple Positions

How do banks look upon applying for multiple positions within the bank? For example, would a bank find out if you applied for both an IB Analyst job as well as a S&T job? Would they care?

This is specifically for a summer analyst position, but any input would be appreciated.

I'm doing some career research and am having trouble finding much information of trading. I know quite a bit about ibanking but haven't been able to find the same amount of info for trading. Perhaps somebody knows of a good resource or two that I could read to get the basics down?

Does anybody know of a list of investment banks with operations in Canada? I'm trying to compile a list of places to apply...

Grade Conversions

I go to a school in Canada that gives grades on a 12 point scale. My current major average is 9.5/12, which is a bit above a B+ according to my university. What does this translate to on the 4 point scale?
