Unique Topics

Hi,

Here is another suggestion: you should force users to create Unique Topics about certain subjects and post all the questions related to this subject on the unique topic.

Example: you should create a unique topic "Interview Questions" in the IB Bullpen, where everybody could post their feedback and find some useful information. Instead of that, the same thread is created every two weeks, and it makes it very hard for prospective monkeys to find information when they need it.

Other examples (for IB Bullpen): Unique Topic for books about banking, Unique Topic for lifestyle in banking, Unique Topic for studies before banking, Unique Topic for each Bank, etc.

What I am suggesting is not new, it is widespread in the forums around the world, and I am certain it would allow WSO to be more successful. Moreover, it does not require any technical feature to be added, but only the moderators to force people to post in the right topics.

Hope I will be heard.

RSS feed for New/Active/Popular topics

Hi,

I suggest you add an RSS feed for the topics listed on the right of the forum (New, Active and Popular). It was a great idea to implement this new window, but it is not complete without its RSS feed.

RSS feeds are more and more popular, so please dont lose this opportunity. I NEED this feature !

Thanks in advance :)

"Why Sales ?" (interview question)

Hi all,

I have an interview tomorrow for an Equity Sales Intern position. I wonder what I should answer to the question "Why sales ?". I guess one part of the answer should be "because I like to sell things", but what else do they usually want to hear ?

Thanks a lot for your answers.

PE Interview - List of technical questions

Hi guys,

I have an interview next week in a PE shop in Europe (France) and I would like to know what kind of technical questions i should expect. I already searched in this forum, but it appears to me that there is no good topic for PE interviews questions (if I am wrong, just tell me!).

Perhaps this thread could be a "unique" thread for PE interview questions, as it is done in other forums. This could save time to everybody.

Thanks in advance for all your answers ! I will post the summary of my interview next week :)
