Low Q Score on GMAT - How Bad Hurt Recruiting?

I got a fairly low Q score on the GMAT (Q42 (66%) and V42 (95%) for a 690). However, I was in the top 2% of my undergrad engineering class (only tier 3 school though) and currently work in consulting. I'll be attending the full-time MBA program at NYU Stern this fall and am 24.

Is this low Q score a major problem for banking recruiting? Did anyone else go through recruiting with a less than stellar GMAT? Is my age a benefit since I am younger than average?

Thanks for your help.
