Experienced hires after working for valuations firm / Big 4 advisory/transaction services

Hello,

I would like to know if the IBanks hire experienced people who have lets say 5 years of experience in a valuations firm or a Big 4 advisory/transactions practice.

I'm not sure if first years at Ibanks are called associates or analysts (keep getting confused with consulting). But I'm talking about hiring into a first year position.

When recruiting from MBA schools, do ibanks ask for undergrad GPA?

Ask the question says, does your undergrad gpa kill you for the rest of your life?

Even if you go to a Top 3 school, will they still ask for your undergrad GPA?
