Hoping you can help with a bit of a dilemma.</p> <p>I'm in my second year at a non-MBB management consulting firm (tier 2?) and have accepted an offer to start as an associate at a PE firm in the fall. My firm does not have a set 2 or 3 year program for consultants so I am a bit confused about the standard procedure for leaving the firm.
