It says "Ensure that the DCF properly handles purchase accounting adjustments (e.g., double-check the Cash Taxes on EBIT calculation)"

What do i need to change in my DCF model?

Hi all,
I am a rising sophomore from USC. I know that USC is not exactly the BB's target school and that is why i'm trying to do more outside of school. I am interning at an asset management company but I am not learning anything(u know modeling and all that). I have also been reading Damodaran's investment valuation, but it is very hard to understand since i haven't even taken any accounting or finance classes yet(i do know the basics tho). What should i do? should i take those wallstreet prep, dealmaven courses?

it says top performers will receive offer for summer analyst program. is that for the securities division? can i choose IBD instead?

And, I go to USC. whats my chance in getting these internships for gs?
