Wall Street Prep Live Seminar Books & Excel Models $175

Hey guys,

I have ONE LAST copy of the Live Seminar Wall Street Prep materials that include:

# Project Financial Statements Book and Spreadsheet (Build Earnings Projections Models)
# Discounted cash flow (DCF) modeling Book and Spreadsheet
# Leveraged buyout (LBO) modeling Book and Spreadsheet
# Accretion / dilution (M&A) modeling Book and Spreadsheet
# Comparable company analysis Spreadsheet
# Comparable transaction analysis Spreadsheet

The books give a great step-by-step overview of the financial modeling process. It is very easy to follow and a great way to learn modeling in excel. The books are in hard-copy format (4) and combine to over 500 pages of material. There is also an accounting refresher within the text. The models (6) will be included electronically.

I'm looking to sell this for $175 via Paypal or Money Order. Message me if you're interested.

Since I have no clue as to whether she's married or not, how should I address her? Mrs? Ms? Ms/Mrs? Should I go with her first name? Probably not right?

"Office Visit"

Hi guys,

I was just wondering if anyone could provide some advice on what to or what not to do.

Myself and a group of students from my school were invited to attend an "office visit" at a Chicago investment bank this weekend. It will basically consist of presentations from members of each group, some Q&A sessions, and a lunch. What are some of the things I should do to get the most out of this experience?

Hearing back after Interview

I just had an interview with a boutique bank a couple of days ago. They told me they would contact me within a week about my candidacy. Should I just keep my mouth shut until they e-mail or call me back or should I contact them to show deep interest (or whatever)?

My situation as an undergrad Engineer major looking for iBanking Opportunities

Hi guys, I would really appreciate it if you guys could give some honest feedback on my situation.

I am currently an Engineering (Nuclear) major at University of Illinois and plan to minor in Economics. I only recently discovered the world of iBanking and am now very interested in this field. However, I am wondering if I should change my subject of study to something more Business oriented. I basically came to UIllinois because of their top 5 Engineering program and to be honest, the Business program here lacks far behind.
