Hi. I am a junior at DePaul University. Where should I start for a career in sales & trading? I'm guessing I will have to go to graduate school in order to land a job in trading. Unless I meet someone who can push my resume. But anyways, where are some good areas to start working to advance to sales & trading? Thank You.

I have some questions, hopefully someone will be able to answer the questions. What is the position called I see on CNBC, where you see people behind computers in institutions trading? Also, what are boutique banks? What is the best position for trading? I am interested in going into futures/options field. Thanks.

So here is the situation. I am transferring to DePaul University (Chicago), and have 2 years left for my Bachelors in Finance. What is the best route for me into IB, specifically S&T? DePaul helps you find internship in the downtown area. I looked at the form and some employers listed here were; MS, Wachovia, ML. So what is my best route to accomplish my goal?

What are my chances?
