Morgan Stanley-Real Estate Atlanta?

Anyone know anything about this office? On the MS website, it says that the Atlanta office is their real estate investing headquarters. Are they really fully operational? Anyone know any analysts that are currently there, or have been there in the past? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

If you could be anything.........

So, I finished reading The Accidental Investment Banker. He made a number of references to young MBAs(the best and brightest) blindly going into banking because everyone else was doing it and because of its possibly the most lucrative career after an MBA. Anyway, so lets say that in your dream career(assuming banking is not your dream career) you would make as much as you would as a banker. What w

Interesting Question

Since someone did bring up PWM in the other thread, I have a question.

Do you guys think that it is more difficult to climb the later to MD in IB or MD in PWM? The pay at that level is essentially the same, clearly the lifestyle(autonomy, golf, etc) in PWM is better - but which is more difficult?

Superday this past weekend...still havent heard back??

Guys,
I just had my last superday at a top 5 BB firm. During the interviews, they said that they may extend offers to some of us right after our interview, and some of us may not here back until this Friday. Should I take it as a bad sign that I have yet to hear back from them. I mean dont banks usually get back to you fairly soon if they want to extend you an offer? I have other offers on the table that I was supposed to get back to early this week. I'd probably accept the offer if they extended it to me, but I dont want to give the other banks the silent treatment for too long.
