this post could belong in PE, but IPOs are involved so here it is. bad decision in my view. although they would be able to issue eq/fi securities and have cash readily available for future transactions, there will be unsurpassable amounts of legal restrictions that will not get overcome and stun the firm's growth.

A music producer told a US court he has six children on the way - all with different women.

Ricky Lackey was asked by a judge how many children he had during sentencing on an attempted theft charge.

Lackey, 25, of Cincinnati, told Hamilton County Judge Melba Marsh: "None, but I have six on the way."

what would be the best way to get into IBD eventually in a year or two? i have a year's experience in fin/investment consulting. graduated from a top 20 business undergrad program with a 3.4 gpa. I have two offers right now:

1) BB Ops dealing with hedge/pe funds
2) F500 Manufacturing firm (top 20? $20B in Rev) - Internal Auditing

any advice would be much appreciated.
