Ask people who work there and they say 3. GS, MS, JP. Others put it at 5+ after CS, LEH, Citi

What is it. Seems like a hybrid sales/research for very quantitive/structured matierial. Hires lots of PHD's in physics and stuff.

Does anyone know anything.... ie: career path for an undergrad going in now. exit opps. external views. and most importantly what you do?
