What's your perception of a man with a moustache. I'm talking about a very neatly trimmed moustache (e.g. Ted Turner with a thicker width) on a man that dresses pretty conventionally.

What then about men with full beards (e.g. Ben Bernanke style)

Working in HK without knowing Mandarin

To work in IB in HK, how important is Mandarin knowledge in:

1) hiring decision (obviously preferred but to what extent?)
2) ability to function on the job (is it usually irrelevant or is it a every day disadvantage?)
3) long-run career outlook in HK (do more senior people know mandarin and will one be overlooked for promotion due to language inability)

It would be great if:

posts in each subforums had links to the 2nd, 3rd...etc page next to the post title

this would keep people from having to enter a 100+ post thread, scroll down, and click on the link to the 4th page.

can grad students go through undergrad recruiting?

A friend on mine graduated from Berkeley as a math major last spring, has taken a year off to travel and do god knows what, and is going to start on an graduate applied math program at an ivy next fall (delayed acceptance).

He's gotten interested in s&t as a career and is now wondering if he can go through undergrad recruiting as a graduate student next year.
