Site takes forever to load

I never had this problem until the desert-themed makeover. Every single page takes AT LEAST 5 full seconds to load. At first I thought it was isolated to my computer and home network, but I have tried it from at least 3 or 4 locations and on various browsers (currently on IE). Could you please fix this, there is no way I am the only one with this problem.

So, say you were drinking buddies with a top analyst over your SA summer and you went out drinking with a group of friends (and trashed) from the same bank and then saw the guy from your group. It was fun and great but you whispered something that could get him into trouble with his girl if she heard.

Military deferment

So, a buddy from my school is contemplating deferment of his BB offer and joining the military for 2-3 years as an officer. He cites service to his country as his main reason, and I think it's a great choice for him. Does anyone see any setbacks to being an analyst at 25-26? Any strong professional positives/negatives? Just curious what others think of the choice on a professional level.

I am thinking about joining the Navy/Air Force reserves as an Intelligence Officer. I have a few questions:

1) Does anyone know anything about deployment probability?
2) Would my group hate me if I did?
