Final round at BB

For a post-MBA associate position, what would be the chance of an offer once you make it to the final round stage? If you're from a non-target (think ranked between 20-30), are you on an equal playing field once you're at the superday or still at a disadvantage?

Good middle market / regional banks to work for?

I'm a 2nd yr MBA student at a Big Ten University. It's not a "target school", but it consistently ranks in the top 30 in all of the major rankings.

In doing my job search, I've come to the conclusion that a middle-market bank would probably be a better fit for me than a bulge bracket. One bank that looks pretty good is Raymond James in Florida. What are some other good middle-market banks to look into for a career? I

How hard will it be to get an IB associate job with MSU MBA?

It seems like I've been getting a lot of mixed feedback on this. I'm an MBA student at Michigan State University (29th in business week). I have a 3.7 GPA, and a 3.9 gpa in computer science for undergrad.

Some people have told me that it's very hard to that kind of job not coming from a top-10 target school, and other people have said it's entirely possible if you know your finance well. I was just hoping to get some insight here.
