Good forum, but could be great

I'm just going to ramble for a bit here if you don't mind.

First of all, this site is great and contains a lot of good information. I definitely was way more prepared for my interviews because of this site, and it probably helped me get a job. I feel that this is the case for a lot of people here. That means that there is going to be contiuously growing supply of actual knowledge on this forum. The problem and question is... how do you keep these people you helped get jobs posting, so the quality of the information on the board continues to grow?

Question about various houston banks

How would you all rate the different Houston banks just in terms of the normal things - exit opps, business school opps, quality of life, deal flow, the people, etc?

I am specifically looking at Lazard, Goldman, Morgan Stanley, UBS, and JPMorgan. What would be the progression there? For instance, UBS is probably one of the highest rated ones in terms of quality of energy deals, but Goldman and Morgan are what they are.

Multiple superdays and first rounds on the same day?

It looks like I have 1 superday for sure, and another one that is still a maybe on Friday. I also have 2 first round interviews on this day. Does anyone have any advice for me with regards to this?

Do you think it would hurt my chances if I called the recruiters for the first round and tried to stop by their office for the interview or reschedule it? The problem is that the bank I would have to miss the first round with is my #1 choice, so I don't want to hurt my chances.

Goal of the interview?

I have a question for some of those who are in banking and maybe in particular those who conduct interviews - either first round or superdays.

What are the best things to try to get across in the interview? Do I want to showcase my enthusiasm for the job? Do I want to showcase how great my work experience is, and how much responsibility I've been given by others? Do I want to show why I am better for the job than everyone else? Do I want to get across my extreme technical knowledge?
