Investing

What sectors or markets do you feel are the best to invest in with the current market conditions? I've invested recently in Gamestop (GME) and Coach (COH) and they both have seen excellent returns this year. So what do you feel is the best play right now? Thanks guys!

College senior interested in trading

I'm currently a senior and I am very interested in pursuing a career in trading, but I do not have a job lined up yet for after I graduate. Are there any educational programs like the Investment Banking Institute that focuses on trading? And if there are programs like that, would it increase my chances or getting a job as a trader? Thanks!

I can't log in to Doostang

I received an invite to Doostang a few weeks ago and I registered with the site. I was able to log in but now it doesn't work. It says that my username and/or password is invalid, but I've checked it over a million times and it doesn't work. Is anyone having the same problem? If not, could someone just send me another invite to the site. Thanks.

Looking for an entry-level IB position - any suggestions???

I'm currently a senior at Marist College and I've been trying to get a job with an investment bank, but I have not had any success yet. I know that a lot of the larger firms have filled up their 2007 roster, so I feel like I'm stuck in a bind. I've had two great internships, at UBS and Merrill Lynch (a small branch near my school) but they weren't for investment banking. In both of my internships I worked with financial advisors, one that specifically worked with muni's, so I learned a lot about the fixed income market.
