Hi guys. I'm going to be a junior in the fall at a non target. I've managed to get no internships this summer (of any sort). I had a few interviews but no offers. What should I do now? Should I cold call, take a class, get any job, etc? Anybody else in my shoes?

My parents are thinking about buying a house soon. I live in an area where the houses are overvalued. Would now be a good time to buy a house? or should they wait till next year since the subprime mortgage mess will get worse?
