 <description>&lt;p&gt;This is an ideal place for those who wanna save time from daily commute, enjoy a lovely neighborhood such as Union Square, and pay half price.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The property is at 15th St between 6th and 7th Ave.The room is furnished and will be available on July 1st. You have a big closet, and an option to get a futon bed, a book shelf, and a three-drawer storage cart with a wood top for only $250 (good quality and only used for a month). You are welcome to bring in your own furniture if you don&#039;t need them.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You will share ONE Bedroom with me and a large living room with two other guys and another girl. The apartment has three levels, four bed rooms, two bath rooms, and a nice deck connected to the living room. We have a huge flat plasma TV in our living room. A clean lady will come every other week.&lt;/p&gt;
