Bonus differences across groups

I know generally base salary and signing bonus stay pretty consistent across different groups within one bank. Do top bucket analysts in different groups all make the same bonus? I know groups like M&A generally are said to have the most prestigue/longest hours etc. so are they compenstaed for this?

Boutique vs. Bulge Bank

If I have the opportunity to pursue an analyst position out of Undergrad at a Regional Boutique in Chicago(houlihan howard lokey & zukin)or a Bulge Bank (JP Morgan) what would you suggest? How do salaries, quality of life, deal flow/execution compare? Thanks for the help.
