I'm looking to shape up before my analyst stint. Any book recomendations for a novice? I don't have the first clue about working out--I'd really like to get into a routine.

Missing a couple days of training

Hi all--how bad would it be if I missed a couple days of training bc/ of a summer trip. The trip is all expenses paid--and lasts a set amount of days (so I can't really leave early).
