Is transferring mba program possible??

Hi.

i go to a top 25 mba program (part time)... my current school doesn't allow us to transfer part time to full time..... i've been here a year ... and have done well in school.... would it be possible to transfer into a full time top 10 mba program? Can you even do this? if so, how feasible?
