Vacation in March

I'm looking to take my gf on a vacation in March. We can basically go anywhere in the world (travel miles) but only have 6 days. She'd want to go to a beautiful beach, so it definitely needs to have a nice beach and be warm weather. I'd like to have some additional activities to try (deep sea fishing, maybe surfing).

An example of what we like is the Florida Keys. We went last year and it was great, but I'd like to do more than that this year. I probably wont do hawaii unless someone points out a specific area that intrigues me (I've done pearl harbor and waikiki beach).

Any recomendations? Thanks in advance.

Levered vs. Unlevered Beta

I know how to calculate and I've heard general explanations, but haven't used it (and therefore am not as comforatable with it as I should be). Can someone explain when to use levered vs. unlevered beta? Any information or discussion on this topic would be appreciated.

Healthcare IB

I will be interviewing with a healthcare IB for a senior analyst/associate position. I've met everyone at the bank except the head guy. This place is very much a boutique, but should grow and is doing some impressive deals right now. I would LOVE to get into this place. My major hurdle right now is that I have no healthcare experience.

LBO and Accretion/Dilution Model

Is there anywhere I can get my hands on one of these (preferrably with some explanation, but if not that's fine)? I know this is a large request and I'm not trying to steal anything proprietary, but I really need to work on my skills for these models. My current position doesn't utilize them and I'm going to get drilled in an interview soon.

Any help would be appreciated.

Very basic VC question

So, I'm getting the opportnity to talk to the MD of a small VC firm soon regarding a pre-mba associate position. I'm very interested in VC, but admit its mostly curiousity and I don't know a whole lot about it. My main question is, do VC firms use leverage in there funding of companies? I'm talking about seed VC.

M&A Networking

OK, so in order to show my focus on developing myself and my firm I am looking to join some sort of m&a professionals group. I would like it to further myself as well as build contacts. My ideal group would have breakfasts/luncheons that would discuss relevant material as well as allow for some networking (golf outing would be a huge plus).

When I enter my email saying I forgot my username, it comes up as not having a record of my email address. I've had this for 2-3 days now, is anyone else having similar issues?
