 <title>Freshman Summer Analyst</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Hey, I have a friend at a non-ivy target school who has a an internship this summer at a BB firm (think GS/MS/JPM/UBS).  He told me that he got his foot in the door by contacting alumni until he got his way into a Superday for college juniors, from which he got an offer.  He made his process pretty seem simple, almost easy.  Now I wish I had tried the same thing.   Have you ever met a freshman intern before?&lt;/p&gt;
