Consulting Salaries in Bay Area?

Hey all. A recent alumni who's working finance for an F500 at which I'm going to be interning told me that his starting salary was "the same as consulting but without the bonus". I know this was in the Bay Area, so does anyone have any ideas on consulting salaries in the Bay Area. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

F500 Finance to MM or Boutique?

I'm going to be doing a finance internship for a F500 this summer (my junior year). How difficult would it be to get a FT offer from an MM or a boutique with this experience? I've done another internship at a Big 4 also. I attend a west coast target. Thanks in advance.

Putting Former School In Resume

I recently transferred to a top public school (UVA/UMich/Cal) from a lower public school. How would I go about putting my former school in my resume or should I put it at all? I would think that it needs to be addressed since one of the jobs in my "work experience" category and a lot of the activities that I have been involved in have been at my former school. Any help is appreciated.

Economics Degree from UCB?

I'm not really too sure if I want to get into Ibanking, but just want to set out my plan and get some opinions.

I am transferring to either UCLA or UC Berkeley this coming fall (not from a community college) and majoring in either UCLA-Biz Econ or UCB-Econ. I'm leaning towards Berkeley since I want to work in the Bay Area. The problem is, everyone here seems to think that an Econ degree from a non-ivy is useless or not worth it. I don't want to major in Business at Haas because its too focused and a part of me wants to maybe become an economist. I know for sure that I'm going to take the necessary amount of courses required for CPA, because I eventually want to work for a Big 4 (I have an internship with them this summer and want to keep it going) in advisory/corp. fin.
