Hi everyone. I'm an incoming junior at a small but highly respected (regionally) liberal arts college trying to gain some exposure to the investment world. My college is about 100 miles away from any major city, therefore its business ties are pretty weak, and most students (even in the biz program) have never even heard of investment banking. However since our school is so small, we have a pretty tight alumni network and most of them are more than happy to help out students. So far, I have only found one alumni that has ties to investment banking and I havent got a clue on how to approach him (or even if I should).
