2009 Electric Rate Help

I am forcasting for Utilities and was looking for '09 estimates on what prices per kWh were looking to be next year, can anyone point me in the right direction? I know prices have decreased this year and assume they will be lower next year (YOY) but need to assume a rate for this company. Much appreciation.

HELP! Macro Enabled Workbook, need to convert back

Seeing as there are a ton of new analyst hires on the site, many of which are relocating to the major cities. What if the site added a Roomate function so that incoming classes of analyst can possibly link up with other monkeys before they just up and move in June. Thoughts?

What do you do with your Bonuses?

What do most of you do with your bonuses? I have heard they are taxed around 50 percent which makes me think people are putting them into 401K, IRAs, etc. to avoid taxes. Or do most people just take the tax hit and throw down the rest on a Masarati?

It seems this is one of the few firms who is actually looking to hire in January versus everyone else following the normal recruitment cycle and placing for July.

I have been in contact with Howe Barnes the past month that may or may not lead to a position. They are a MM firm specializing in Financial Services (#4 on the league tables). I was wondering if anyone knew general info on them (salary, bonuses, work/life balance, etc). I couldn't find them on Vault and was hoping someone could throw me some general info.
