I'll start off by saying my path into business and finance has been nothing but traditional.

That being said I'll explain my current situation.

I graduated in 06 with a degree in Astrophysics, decent gpa ~3.2 from a top 30 world school.

I posted here quite some time ago stating my desire to get into equity research. I wasn't well received but I thought I might post to get the readers on this forum an update and perhaps maybe get some more advice.

I'm writing on this forum, as I am in many other places on the internet, to gather some opinions concerning my present day situation. I do not expect any definitive answers from this forum, but any thoughts will be appreciated. I especially want all you finance elitists out there to both pick me and my situation apart, as I assume any good stock picker would when viewing a potential investment.
