Is there an resource that people can access before they start at an I Bank to get familiar with Pitch Books? I would like to see some sample ones so I will be accustomed to what I am dealing with. Thanks.

Real Estate Development to I Banking/ PE

Anybody have any experience or know anybody who has made this transition. I went to a second tier school and graduated with a 3.8 GPA while interning at the same Real Estate Development firm the whole time. It is a very prestigious firm that is always ranked in the top 10. My boss had 10 years in Banking before making the move to where he is now. I have been thinking about making a move to Banking or PE.

Sales and Trading

Does anybody have an opinion of going into sales and trading versus M&A? Are the backgrounds to get into ST generally the same as MA? Is there a normal or suggested path into ST? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
