I know a lot of people are saying that SA and first year analysts shouldn't be too concerned about job cuts and converting summer jobs to full time... what about summer associates and first year associates... how affected will they be this summer and into the next year?

I'm curious, how do the perks vary from bank to bank? I'm talking about things like dinner paid for after a certain time, black car service home at night, gym memberships, and things like that.

This may be a silly question but I am concerned nonetheless. I am going to be doing my summer at a BB in NYC and I had to fill out the background check paperwork today and fax it in. I had a speeding ticket last summer that I lazily did not pay for several months and my license was suspended until it was paid. Will the bank care at all?
