I have an interview coming up later this week that they asked me to schedule 4+ hours for. This is a second round interview and the first one in person. I have never done one this long so I am a little unsure what to expect.

I have a question I would appreciate you guys weigh in on:

I need to determine what type of premium to include in a valuation of a high end brand. The company is private and a very niche pure play related to household appliances.

Asking for a raise

What are everyone's thoughts on asking for a raise. Is there a good way to do so?

Some background:
Finishing up my first year following an unpaid internship with the same firm. According to headhunters my base is 1/2 of what others in my city are making (Denver). My comp package is:
