Obviously we all know the background of this firm; however, what does the recruiting scene look like? Is it on a "you don't call us we call you basis" or is there some formal recruiting programs at schools? Do they even take undergrads or just concentrate on MBA or lateral hires? any additional information on strategies run/ styles would be greatly appreciated

While most SA positions are just reaching their halfway mark, I have found myself thinking quite a bit about what I might do this coming fall. I enjoy work what I am doing so much now that I want to continue making progress in learning during school. This fall I will have, to be modest, a pretty amazing resume for a college junior. My problem is now to find which firms hire interns during the fall. I am mostly interested in positions in exclusive groups at banks (perhaps QT or SSG at goldman) or alternatively something at a top hedge fund (I know Moore has jobs but Global Macro is not exactly what I am interested in). Could anyone please provide information about similar opportunities that may exist in the fall specifically, not the summer. I know that these programs are far less organized, so any input from those who have had these jobs in past years.

Finding time for therapy during the summer

I was wondering when S&T interns find time to visit therapists during the summer. I currently see someone weekly but i feel that it would be almost impossible to continue this through the summer with the demands of my internship. How do people make it work during the summer?

I am currently debating whether or not I should switch from my University's business school where I am currently majoring in finance and math to the math school to concentrate my efforts solely on math (which is in the liberal arts college, not as prestigious as the b-school).

So I have a fairly specific question. I just got an interview with equity, a group I did not apply for; however, my brother's friend is an MD in an IBD group and told my brother he was going to get me an interview with his group (both of these for SA).
