Berkshire Hathaway 1962 Annual Report

I am interested in reading the annual report of Berkshire in 1962, the year when Buffett starting buying the stock. Does anyone know where I can get this really old 10k? Also, is there a site where there are other old 10ks? Just so I can read them for more companies that Buffett invested in, other than Berkshire. Thanks.

Hedge Funds that Value Invest

How many hedge funds are there that employ the Buffett style of investing? I know Lampert is one, but how many do this? I assume the main reason against this is because HFs need to show annual gains, and the Buffett style is more for longer term gains (but of the same or better quantity). I guess this is the reason Lampert has a 5 year lock up of money. So, who else does this?

What would starting your own fund entail?

MD Stock Options?

A lot of talk on these boards deal with the base salary + bonus of analysts, associates, VPs, MDs, etc. It is generally accepted that MDs get ~ 3 MM / year (base + bonus). However, what kind of stock options do MDs get?

Does Finance Major Actually Help?

Do you guys think that majoring in finance actually helps you things you need to know to work in IB, HF, or PE, or can all the stuff be learned in the first few weeks of the job? Is finance major really a stepping stone, something to get you in the door, or is it something that helps you? What are your thoughts?

Quick College Major Question

Someone had recently asked me what I majored in to become an i banker, and I said finance. But then they asked if it was possible to major in a science (this is their main area of interest) like engineering and minor in finance. Would BB i-banks still take you if you only minor in finance?
