Sun Capital Partners (Boca Raton, FL)

Does anybody know anything about Sun Capital Partners out of Boca Raton, Fl?

I assume they are a boutique firm, they have all of their Associates, VP's, and MD's profiles posted on their site, of course 95% of the people at the firm are from Top 20 schools, so I thought that said something about the firm, I'm just trying to find out what's the reputation, how's the deal flow, and what's normally the ropes of getting into a a more regional firm such as Sun Cap Partners?
If any of you guys have any knowledge at all about them, feel free to pass it along, Thanks

Prop Internships?

I've searched the archives, and I saw several people raise the question, but there was never a definitive answer.

Does anyone know of any prop firms that offer summer internships?

My inital guess is probaly not based on the fact that if you offer a 10 week intership, the intern wouldn't have enough time to actually get a chance to trade since they would still be training you, that is of course if you are at a reputable prop firm, and not just another chop shop looking to make commission fees.

Let me know, Thanks

How Are Traders Paid?

I'm curious to know how are traders paid? I know that traders at hedge funds are paid more than a trader at Goldman's or whatever. But why is that?

Is there some type of tier system based on how well they perform stating they will be paid x amount of dollars if the produce x return?

I've Google searched this many times over and found nothing, Thanks
