Reduced Courseload

Hi,

This is kinda off topic from Business Graduate School. But this is the closest forum thats relevent to my question. Can somebody please tell me if employers frown upon taking a reduced course load.

Heres my situation. I am doing my undergraduate as a double major in Finance and Accounting. I have already completed most of my Finance major requirements but only recently have decided to use the rest of my free courses to do a double major in accounting. This therefore leaves me with no more "easy" optional courses to take and instead, I have either all Higher level accoutning courses or Finance courses to take (9 to be exact). So heres my question, to maintain my current GPA or maybe even boost it, should i take a reduced courseload? ie. 3 in fall, 3 in winter and 3 in spring/summer or next fall. Or should i just take a full courseload of 4 in fall then 5.

GMAT - Average time to Study

How long is the average time to study for the GMAT in order to get a 700+ score? I've heard studying for about 2 hrs a day for 2 months is good.

Also, if I haven't taken any math since 4 years ago and i've serverly forgotten alot of the basic principles in algebra etc. Do the prep courses cover all those concepts from scratch? or should I take a basic math course first before i enroll in th

Best time to take GMAT

Since the GMAT score is valid for 5 years, i would think that taking it right after university would be the best time since you do not have the constraints of having a full-time job AND your still in "university study" mode. Here in lies my question: Do admissions look at the GMAT score differently whether you took it right after graduation or 5 years later when your about to apply for BSchool. DO they give more credit to somebody who has taken the GMAT during work and less credit to somebody who takes it right out of university even if the scores are the same?

Best way to Learn new Languages

So what do you guys and girls think? Do university courses really help? IMO i don't think so since you don't get much practise out of it. I think just throwing yourself in Shanghai or tokyo or where ever would be more sufficient. I think you could grasp a language fairly well within 3-6 months if you did this.
