If you are statistically unlucky, you are out, permanently.</p> <p>The American Roulette works differently. A bunch of Bankers sit around the table. Instead of shooting themselves in the head, they take turns shooting the investors and the American public in the head. If one of the bankers is unlucky, he gotta stand up, say "I am so sorry, I didn't know it would be like this".
