Overweight and IB interviews?

Hi all,

Just have an inquiry and wanted to know your responses. Do you think being overweight and going for an IB/Asset Management interview is a potential issue/problem in terms of not getting an offer if you have the work experience/target uni, etc.

Hi all,

I am currently on a second internship at a BB bank. After completing my first internship at the same bank but in an INTERNATIONAL location, I received a full-time offer to join the international office (not ny). The second internship I am in is in New York.

Having interned at a top bank for the summer (4 months) and having started full-time, I still have yet to comprehend why so many people want to get into banking. Sure the money is good, but is that the only thing attractive?

Hard to imagine 1000s of people who want to be in my position, stuck in a cubicle (I am in M&A) for 15 hours a day doing powerpoint/excel all day?

Hi,

I have a full-time offer from JPMorgan in NY. I wanted to ask if I should use this offer to get offers from Goldman Sachs or Morgan Stanley?

I am quite happy with JPMorgan but I feel that maybe I should take advantage of the offer to get an offer from more prestigious firms?

How would one go about getting an offer from other firms with an existing offer (from JPM)?
